I want to extend a huge thank you to Versan Limited, especially Sophie, Kiki, and Dan, for their outstanding work in repairing our walk-in chiller. Dan arrived right on time and was absolutely fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the situation, and provided a clear plan for the repair. His technical expertise was evident throughout the entire process, and he took great care in making sure everything was fixed perfectly. Beyond just solving the issue, he also took the time to run additional checks to ensure the chiller was running optimally and gave helpful advice on how to maintain it in the long term.
