A complete joke and here's why. I had an overseas package arrive at this facility, and it wasn't the first time it's passed this facility. However for the first time, my package is deemed 'Invalid Address' and is sent back to the sender.

I had requested the invoice of the package, and the address on it was ACCURATE. The address was never changed prior, and it matched my current address! I don't understand how these would be deemed "invalid to send"!!!

This place is crazy. My package managed to make it across the whole country (ground) in less time than it's been sitting at this facility. Just completely idle with no movement. With the photos of from other reviewers of employees sitting around, the story adds up. How is this a regional hub but performs so poorly? Disappointed.

Not hard to put 2 + 2 for this facility. The number of complaints about undelivered merchandise is overwhelming. To work this good, this facility must have a hierarchical pilferage system between employees and management, and a way of sharing the loot. This is not the crime of sole individuals. It has to be done systematically. Call your government representative to request an investigation. This has to stop.
The only positive reviews are from truck drivers. Strange!

Very poor service from this company. I posted a package from Scotland to Los Angeles in the U.S. on the 14th of August and as of yet it still hasn’t arrived. There seems to be no way of finding out what is happening either.

The tracking of the parcel is wild (it has had a much better vacation than me, this year): held in LA for ten days - where it is actually supposed to be delivered, I may add, then it had a five day stay in NY before moving onto Memphis for a time and now back to Los Angeles (for the past three days, grrr).

At this point I’m intrigued to see if it will visit anywhere else in America, because it seems that logic doesn’t exist for USPS distribution.

Terrible service. Would highly NOT recommend. I have been alerting all my artist friends to not use this particular service if posting works out to the U.S.

I shipped out a package USPS 2-day priority mail from New Jersey, going to Manhattan Beach, CA. on Aug 10, 2022 that contained $1100.00 worth of fine jewelry. The tracking showed that the package was in transit to the next facility for the following 9 days. Unfortunately, it never made it to Manhattan Beach. It obviously had arrived to this Los Angeles USPS facility soon after it left NJ, but was never scanned upon arrival. The package finally arrived back to me on August 22, 2022, only to discover that all of the contents were missing! It appears the box was cut with a razor or knife and the jewelry was stolen, and the box was re-taped. All but a green piece of paper of apology from this postal facility was inside the box when I received it which can be seen in the first photo attached. The second photo shows the semi-diagonal fine cut made towards the top of the box.

Not only did this USPS facility fail to scan the package upon receiving it, but they also failed to scan it upon returning the empty package to me! Hmm...are they just lazy? Or hiding something? I see other customers that have posted numerous complaints in regards to theft by this particular USPS facility, stating that they need to be investigated by officials due to numerous packages being stolen and empty packages arriving back with missing contents. And now it has happened to me! As a small business, I cannot afford to take losses like this. Earlier today, I had left a message with their local police department in Los Angeles, and I will be filing additional written complaints against them. After this incident, I no longer plan on shipping higher end items through the postal service. I feel this agency is no longer trustworthy, and I will be switching to a safer and more reliable delivery company for shipping my products.
