Seit einigen Wochen fertiggestellt und soweit man das am Abend beurteilen kann, sind alle Fenster meistens dunkel und die Wohnungen wohl unbewohnt. Aber zum Glück gibt es in Berlin sowieso mehr als genug Wohnraum.
Die Preise sind zudem einfach absurd hoch. Wer zur Hölle soll sich das leisten können?

Anstatt Wohnraum zu schaffen wurden wieder einmal Apartments gebaut. Als gäbe es davon nicht genug in Berlin.

Und ich muss mit Ende 20 bei meinen Eltern wohnen! Klasse. Danke!

RUN!!! Don't live here anymore! Tannhaus is really getting worse
The washing machine has been broken for half a year and no one has fixed it.
The automatic curtains in the whole building did not work. They explained that there was wind and rain in winter, so it was not allowed to use automatic curtains. But Neon Wood used those curtains all winter.
The doorbells were broken, you couldn't control the access control from upstairs. No one was here to fix them.
Parcels were piled up haphazardly downstairs and everyone had experience of losing parcels.
The reception was unprofessional.
The walls were not soundproof at all, I had to listen to my neighbours talking on the phone at 1am every day. After they moved out, the situation got even worse, I now have a little baby living next door. I HEAR THE BABY CRYING 24/7. IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY. RUN!!!!

I stayed 7 months here. It was a nice time. It is very well connected, metro station close by, also tram. Many supermarkets, gyms and parks. My flat was well noise isolated, never had issues. It is indeed a bit pricy but easy to get. Perfect for a short period of time, arriving and getting to know the city. The staff were always helpful. Many services are provided, like printing, washing mashines (all at a cost). Many areas of recreation as well, the staff were always relaxed and I had no issues during my stay. Good place 👍.

Great apartments in a nice and cozy area, not too far from Alexanderplatz. There are two U-Bahn stations, a tram station and several bus stations nearby.
The building has a laundry room and "quiet rooms” for study or work. Also, the large hall offers many leisure options (meeting with friends and neighbors, playing table tennis or table football, watching TV or playing PlayStation, etc.). From time to time, the administration organizes various events and parties.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need (own kitchen, household appliances, bed linen and towels).
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
Overall a very good experience, I enjoyed my stay at Tannhaus Mitte-Wedding.

As a person who lived in this apartment for almost 3 years, I think I am qualified to write some comments and give Tannhaus a bad rating.

Here are parts of my bad experiences:
1. The booking process of this apartment has no transparency, you will NEVER get the price on the website, you can only find the availability and the final price from the sales, it is always 300 to 500 more expensive than the price on the website, when I first reached the apartment they even charged me 10% more for each month because they said it was the "last available" apartment in this building.

2. The equipments are getting worse. The glass window of my apartment has been cracked before I arrived and they will never repair it as it is “too expensive”. Once my stove was broken, I asked them to replace it, they took an old stove from a random room with a lot of scratches and want to charge me 260 euros for it. Since 2024 they don't even in charge of changing the light bulbs. Considering their rental price is always ~20% higher than market price, why should people still stay here?

3. The washing machine in the basement is always broken. Never have I seen, all the washing machines and dryers are working at the same time.
I couldn't find a working dryer all Christmas.

4. Unprofessional and unpleasant receptionist. When you try to solve problems they will try to mess you around with another topics. There is no professional attitude, no direct answers to the question. There used to be a very responsible house manager Marcel, but after he left the 2 receptionists did NOT offer me proper help.

Tannhaus is getting worse and worse with bad attitude and broken equipment. When I first arrived it is better, but I REALLY DON’T RECOMMEND it now.

Even one star is a lot. I lived there for a year, it is very noisy and disorderly place. With the passage of time, they only increase the rent and reduce the facilities. For example, removing facilities such as fans and vacuum cleaners, and I could not use the TV for 7 months, and I announced it several times, but there was no change. In the first 6 months, when Marcel worked at the reception, everything was handled well and he was a very polite and respectful person. But since the arrival of the new employee named maron, everything has become horrible and awful. The apartment next to mine played music every day from 10pm to 8am for 4 months, and they also played loud music in the yard at 2:30am on speakers, and when I emailed Neonwood 3 times they didn't answer, and then after emailing and a month passed, the rude and uncivilized receptionist came to my apartment door and instead of warning the person who is making noise and breaking the law, he shouted at me like a beast that this is a hotel. It is not your personal house. You only pay for the room and that's it, and said I'm not babysitter, we are not your servants to tell others that they are not allowed to disturb their neighbors in the middle of the night. It means that only my money is important to them and there is no service for you. I don't know where he came from, but for your info it's my place because I rented it and even in hotels there's a law for quiet time but there is no rule in neonwood jungle. I suggest that you do not deceive others in your email and do not say that if someone does not follow the rules, inform the reception and send us an email. Also, I must say that there is a smell of cannabis in all the corridors, the ventilation of the apartments is connected to each other, and if your neighbor cooks, you have to bear the smell of burnt oil. I was a resident of the third floor, and all night I could hear the neighbors' loud socializing and running in the corridor. The walls of the building are so thin that the voices of the neighbors can be heard easily, and when someone runs in the corridor at night, it is as if there is an earthquake and the bed shakes, and you have to go to university with a headache and start your day. The garbage section is cleaned late. Even once, there was so much garbage that its door couldn't be closed, and the garbage piled up to the yard, and when you opened the window, the smell of garbage reached the third floor. Neon Wood has become a forest with a rude employee who expresses his displeasure about not having enough employees or enough salary with arrogance and impersonality. I suggest you, if you have any other option, never pay exorbitant amount of money for this stable. I hope you will think about your reception employee who single-handedly brought the Neon Wood brand to the mud. Although for you only money is important and nothing else.

False advertising and exceptionally slow internet speeds, dozens of times slower than advertised. The sunshades were also broken, and the sun was particularly hot in the summer. Lots of repairs needed in the room but so far not dealt with.
