This is my second review on this business. The first one was not a pleasant experience either. I had to give at least 1 star, only reason they have that. I have never seen someone working at the front desk of a doctor's office have such terrible customer service. The way that woman spoke to me was very rude. I didn't get her name but the date was 9/26/2024 at 11:45 am. My daughter's appointment was at 11:40 am. She (the rude lady) told me that my daughter was late and she would have to reschedule. 5 minutes late, it took that long to get the elevator and reach the second floor. Why reschedule when we will never ever go there again. She needs to be fired from that job if she has to treat patients the way she does.

I have been going to Dr. Verson for 10 years. On the day of my appointment they call me to tell me that I need a referral. Why not call me sooner than the day of the appointment? My daily schedule was made around this appointment. I have never needed a referral in the past and my insurance company doesn’t require it. Then I am also told that I haven’t been there for 2 years and that I must be rescheduled as a new patient. So if I had a referral they still wouldn’t have seen me? As I said I have been a patient there for 10 years and they have my medical records. Same issue for years. I was also asked why I needed to be seen. I will no longer deal with this office. Their policies are ridiculous. It used to be that you had to be there 30 minutes prior to your appointment or they would reschedule you. Dr. Verson is a good doctor but I’m tired of the nonsense.

Had my appointment rescheduled because the front desk lady told me the wrong building twice. Now I get to live with my migraines for two more months. Dr Verson has a control issue. I hope this place gets shut down at some point. Arrived at 9:30 didn't know which building so I called and it took a whole 30 minutes for the lady to give me the right building. For them to tell me I was late even though it is the lady's fault. This place is unorganized and the staff are lacking braincells. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Get better office staff or just shut the place down.

Horrible customer service, from the front window to the awful staff in the rear. No professionalism very dry when interaction with patients. Had been seeing Dr.Verson for over ten years, I think he's an amazing doctor. However this staff is one of the worst I've encountered.
Dr.Verson really helped control my migraine headaches but the staff is lazy, crappy attitudes and just sorry. I will be contacting my insurance provider and others to inform them of the horrible service being provided especially to veterans who seek care from this facility. To be a part of St. Francis is an embarrassment. Will be seeing another provider with integrity respect and support of their patients.
This will also be posted on multiple medical and social media platforms.
The only way to get results is to let the people see how horrible you are.

I like Dr Verson as a person and as a Physician, but his billing and office staff are atrocious. If you ask him a question or talk about anything out of the standard purpose you are there, he will bill you extra. In addition to my $60 copay, I got a $140 bill because we talked about what vitamins I'm taking. Absolutely ridiculous. I am looking for another Neurologist.

Cancelled my VA referral appointment the day before my appointment with him. Claims he doesn't treat my condition...without even conducting an examination. I'll be letting the VA know and attempt to get this office removed from the referral list.

Dr. Verson is very competent I went in with tremors and issues with falling and balance. He ordered a slew of tests. I was petrified to return. He was just as competent in providing the information from the tests. Thank you. I appreciate you.

This place should not even be open. I seen dr verson before covid started and he check or examine me for my headaches and said i was having cervicogenic headaches. Then he ordered a cervical spine scan which my insurable didnt approve bc the insurance company wante to personally speak to him as to why he ordder the test. He would not do it. Then i made an appointment a few weeks ago and appointment was today unfortunately i couldnt make it so i called to reschedule the lady say u dont have an appointment today well it look like it was canceled but hold on. She place me on hold to come back and tell me they canceled my appoing bc dr verson said theres nothing _else he could do for me. But he aint do nothing from the beginning. . That whole office sucks. I dont see why they still open. I was mad bc what if i had drove an hour a thirty minutes there and no one call me to tell me my appointment was cancel. The need to close that place down.
