When I arrived at the hotel door at 13:00 there was no one there. Nowhere across the booking process did I see a mention to come after a certain time. I dont know how I should have known that. Another guest also arrived the same time as me and had the same problem. There is a phonenumber and e-mail adres on the door. The number was not working and my e-mail was never answered. Eventually I got a reply via the Agoda chat that I could now come and check in, but no answers to my other questions. When I arrived I got brief instructions but no warm or kind feeling. The room was fine and seemed clean. There was an electric kettle, a glass but no tea bags. Mainly because of all the uncertainty about when// if I would be let in, my overall experience with this hotel was not so nice.

Very affordable and the location right by several stations (tram and S-Bahn) is good. However unfortunately the floor in our room was very dirty, leaving us with practically black soles when we walked around barefoot inside. Additionally one of the beds was missing a support so the mattress sank down through the gap.

We visited last Night in Hotel berolina Haus. Our experience in the Haus was pathetic. Tv didn’t work. Bed wasn‘t in the good condition & Washroom also Dirty. And if you Open the Windows then very dirty smell come from the outside. So Overall Avoid this .

Very friendly staff, easy checking. the room is more basic in reality than on the picture. But fair enough for that Price. I had room number 1, that was a bit inconvenient as I needed to go to an event and could use some rest. But the room is next to the reception / exit and you hear everything. Also the checkout is at 10 instead of 11, that's a tidy early for people that need a bit of rest. The rest was more than ok

The toilet was very small you couldn't move. It's door was broken and it was not being close. The bed in front of a open door toilet! No elevator. Several steps to enter the hotel too. If you have luggage I don't rrecommend it. They don't have card reader and just get cash that is very weird in Germany. There was a guy there and when I asked black curly hair girl on front desk for help with my luggage she said there is no one here! She was angry and her behavior was not friendly. The room smells urine. There was carpet and maybe other guests had urine on it.
Very bad experience. I don't rrecommend it

Everything is fine. The cleanliness in the corners is not what it should be, but the damage is small. Under the nightstand were nut crumbs and some cobwebs. A typ: When you shower, put the entire shower curtain inside the shower, otherwise it will flood the bathroom very quickly. Also in the room there is a water kettle and at the reception, coffee, sugar and milk.

They also provide towels in the price

Reception staff was really kind! However, the room was not clean (There are lots of stains) and many flies were disturbing my sleep. Location was great, only 2-3mins away from D-Zoo bahnhof on foot. If you wanna save money and don't care about the dirtiness, it's good for you, I reckon.
